I really suck at writing things like that so you gonna have to bear with me on this

- My name is Abdelrahman Abdelkhalek Ghareeb I live in Zagazig Cairo, Egypt.

- I was born in Khobar, Saudi Arabia at 22/9/1984 and I lived there till I was 13 years old.

- I make a living by writing software.

- These are the only things that makes me happy: TV, coding, translating, writing, and recently playing with my little nephews Kareem, Omar, And Ali.

- I believe in Islam but I won't categorize myself because honestly I can't I lost all faith in religion, I don't practice any religion and I don't follow their reasoning anymore so please if you're getting into a discussion with me try to avoid using religious beliefs as "proofs" to support your opinion, science is your best friend while arguing with me.

- I believe in freedom and sharing thats why I only use Free/Libre software, one of the greatest things about it is being a member in a very beautiful community here in egypt. I also believe in hackerdom

What is slashproc?
From wikipedia "procfs is a pseudo-filesystem which is used to access kernel information about processes."
"The filesystem is often mounted at /proc. It is supported under Solaris, BSD and Linux, and the latter also extends it to non-process-related data."

So basically /proc filesystem describes current information on the running system under GNU/Linux. I named my blog slashproc.net because this blog reflects whats currently going on with me and describes the current processes in my mind :)
